The program is designed to raise high level human resources who have the following competencies.

• Human resources capable of solving problems in a peaceful manner through cooperative communication while including everyone regardless of bodily ability, religion, gender, or minority status.
• Human resources capable of D&I management through utilizing critical competencies (diversity awareness, intercultural understanding, empathy, communication, leadership, coordination) for the realization of Society 5.0 and the United Nations SDGs in a diverse and complex Asia.
